We may modify these terms at any time. The modified terms will come into effect as soon as they are posted on the website and use of the website after that point will be subject to the modified terms.
Payment is made at time of order by credit/debit card online via Sagepay.
We do not take cards over the phone. If you wish to pay by card then please select Credit/Debit Card as the payment option and pay when ordering. Cancelling an order: You may cancel an order if we have not started work start on it. Once work has started on an order it is not possible to cancel it.
An ordering guide is available to download from the website home page. The correct process must be followed so please take a few minutes to read this. You may also request a guide to be emailed or posted to you.
Delivery will be provided for by specialist couriers apart from some outlying areas where we use Royal Mail. Someone will need to be present to sign for the delivery. Please inspect the packaging to make sure there is no visible damage. Turnaround and delivery times are stated in good faith. On rare occasions or if a canvas does not pass quality control it is possible that we may not be able to deliver within the timescale stated. We do not credit delivery costs if the order has been placed incorrectly.
If there is a complaint about or damage to the canvas you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the issue. Depending on the size, we may ask you to return the canvas (we will credit the postage to you). For canvas prints we use a top grade canvas but there may be some minor imperfections in the surface due to it being a natural material. We do not accept returns for minor imperfections. The company’s liability under any claim is limited to the amount charged for the order.
Image cropping and gallery wrapping:
Please provide your image in the correct proportions so no cropping is necessary. If you do not do this we cannot be held responsible for the loss of part of the image for any cropping that may be necessary.
Our printers have a custom colour profile that deliver accurate results but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. We do not adjust any colour settings unless the customer opts for Colour Management. The customer should use a profiled monitor for the best results.
InGallery does not perform any automated data editing. Your work will therefore not be changed in any way without your consent.
Customer’s Artwork or property:
Customer’s artwork or property is received for copying or processing on the understanding that it is at the customer’s own risk.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any image that they supply is copyright free or that the copyright is owned by the customer themselves. We will take no responsibility for any breach of copyright caused through printing an image supplied by a customer. The client will indemnify the Company against any losses arising from a claim by a third party in respect of infringement or alleged infringement of copyright in any image submitted to the Company for processing.
The Company reserves the right to alter the prices for services without notice.
Whilst we will need to take certain details such as contact and delivery information we will never pass this information over to any third party (except for the needs of product delivery). All personal information will be kept in a secure environment and not be accessible via the internet.
Law and jurisdiction:
These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us, the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes
